πŸš€ AI Development Engineer @ Cerium πŸŽ“ Computer Science

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» About Me

I’m an AI Development Engineer with 1 year of industry experience as well as extensive academic experience building intelligent systems. Before my current role, I was a graduate student studying Computer Science at Portland State University, where I gained exposure to advanced AI/ML concepts.

My interests include:

  • πŸ€– Artificial Intelligence
  • 🧩 Machine Learning & Deep Learning
  • ⚑ High-performance & Scalable Systems

πŸ“‚ Projects

πŸ“Š Financial Data Processing

Responsible for implementing transform and load aspects of an ETL pipeline.

  • Tech Stack: Python, SQL
  • Highlights: Reduced processing time for the transform step of a particularly large relation from 2 days to 20 minutes using multiprocessing and batching of inefficient operations.

🧠 AI Command Line Assistant

Developed a Retrieval Augmented Generation and tooling AI agent to assist with Linux command line activities. The AI agent was developed using LangChain and given access to tools that safely allowed it to assist with code execution and development, command execution, hash cracking, network mapping, and other command line activities.

  • Tech Stack: Python, LangChain, Linux
  • Highlights: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Multi-agent Systems

πŸ‘οΈ Neural Net for Collision Detection

Trained a neural net with PyTorch to detect imminent collisions and safely maneuver a robot through a simulated Pymunk environment.

  • Tech Stack: Python, PyTorch
  • Highlights: Machine Learning
